Common questions.

No. Most of our workers start with zero aviation background. We match you with contractors who train on-site. If you're reliable and willing to work, you qualify.
Applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you'll be matched to open shifts based on your availability and location. Most workers see their first shift within 1–2 weeks.
Yes. Contractors in our network pay weekly via direct deposit. You'll confirm payment details when you accept your first shift.
You should still apply. Felony history is reviewed case-by-case. Certain airport badge restrictions are set by the TSA and are outside our control — we'll be upfront with you about what's possible.
Currently EWR (Newark), PHL (Philadelphia), and warehouse facilities throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We're expanding — put your nearest airport on the application and we'll match you when we have coverage.
